Alabama Hill

Perched atop one of Bellingham's most iconic hills, Alabama Hill offers stunning, sweeping views over the city, Bellingham Bay, and even the San Juan Islands. Its elevated location, just south of downtown and nestled between Lake Whatcom and Whatcom Falls, gives it a true heart-of-the-city feel.

The neighborhood features an eclectic mix of homes—mid-century ranches and bi‑levels from the 1960s–70s alongside newer infill—set along winding streets with spacious yard
