Meet Ashleigh

I moved to Bellingham to attend WWU and quickly discovered my passion for real estate while working as an assistant to a top-producing agent. From there, I earned my license and worked my way up—eventually becoming the Designated Broker of a boutique firm.

Today, I’m proud to be ranked in the top 1% of Brokers in Whatcom County, with a track record of helping more than 500 buyers and sellers find their next home. I’m a certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and a Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. I’ve also built a personal portfolio of real estate investments along the way.

Meet My Family

When I’m not helping clients buy or sell homes, I’m spending time with my favorite people: my husband, Kent, our kiddo, Axel, our two beloved pitties, Roxy and Lucy, and our precious cat Obie.

We love exploring the outdoors together—whether that’s hiking our favorite local trails, heading to the dog park, or just hanging out at home. Being a mom (and a dog mom!) has given me a whole new perspective on what home means, and I often connect with clients who are also looking for a space that fits their evolving lives.
